Redesign of a B2B analytics dashboard across 4 agile sprints — rebuilt in close step with product, engineering, and stakeholders, sprint by sprint.
The dashboard was where the team's decisions actually got made — but the interface hadn't kept up with how those decisions were being made. Widgets buried key numbers, filters fought the workflow, and every sprint added more without resolving the friction underneath.
I redesigned the experience in step with the team's own sprint cadence: testing, shipping, and refining every two weeks rather than delivering one big reveal.
Usability sessions with 5 stakeholders surfaced where the dashboard slowed people down.
Reworked information hierarchy so key metrics led each view instead of hiding in filters.
Built 30+ reusable components into a structured design system for engineering handoff.
Presented outcomes against OKR/KPI targets at sprint review; shipped to all users.
The design system outlived the redesign itself — engineering now pulls components off the shelf instead of rebuilding patterns sprint over sprint.
